Thank you Bradley. Would "Addendum Regarding Broker's Fees" must be listed in "1-4 Family Residential Contract" under paragraph "22. Agreement With Party > Other(list)"?
Great video. Question about the short form showing fee. If a buyer wants to preview 3 homes in one day for example, does the buyer have to pay for 3 fee's or just one?
Hey Tom, from my understanding this IS the broker fee. So whatever money an agent accepts to show a home should be going to the broker first and then to the agent
This is the very best explanation that I have heard so far. So so clear and kept simple!!! Thank you so much
@@amysavoie4269 thank you so much Amy. It’s a little overwhelming these days!

will you share the sheet in your video where you briefly write about what a buyers agent will do for you?
Thank you for sharing this video. It was very much so helpful! I have downloaded it and will watch again if needed.
@@rebeccadelgado901 you bet. So glad you liked it.

Hi, that is what I would do but as always, check with your broker. I imagine TREC will change that section to accommodate the new forms eventually
Compensation Agreement Between Brokers isn't just for tenants, right? There's a spot for "sale" comp also.
@@britniluther7020 for rentals you still use the agreement between brokers. You just need to ask the listing agent what they are offering, if anything
Great video. One question, so does this mean if I bring a buyer to my own listing, would it be the full 6% or only half as intermediary? Thank you!
Great video. Question about the short form showing fee. If a buyer wants to preview 3 homes in one day for example, does the buyer have to pay for 3 fee's or just one?
It's not based on number of homes showed, but rather the time you have to do it
Does showing fee is addition to broker fee?

Perhaps you could list the addresses to be shown in one form and collect one fee?
Correct
