I’m curious about Rockford punch pro 6.5 mids.The 100rms ones.Ive heard Rockford is pretty strong so I’m wondering if they distort if you turn the volume all the way up? Or will you have crystal clear quality throughout?

I think he just needs to up his power supply and he’s probably get more outta those amps. I know my jp63 on a team 18 needs more power and I have three optima agm’s and one lto 6 for burst and the alt is 175amp my amp will reach clipping at high volumes. With 10,000watts you’d think you’d be over 150db I haven’t tested mine but pretty sure it’s at 150 the way it is. I’ve heard other 150+ systems and just compare but don’t know yet. I think I’m running about the same as this guy mines at .5ohm so pushing a lot of power. Rated 6300 at 1ohm. He needs lithium and a high output alternator and hed have twice the system I’d think. I bet he’s not getting half rated power from those shitty batteries and stock alternator. Wonder if he’s got a clip detector on those amps? Probably cooking those coils!

150 with 4 15s. I hit 149 with 2 xv3 12s. But I have 1 1/2 plywood on my roof and back wall with steel channel bracing. Flex may look cool to some, but in all reality its lost energy and sounds like shit.
Not bad for a quick and dirty build with no time for fine tuning and moding.

Just out of curiosity, any idea if (or roughly what percentage of) anyone does suspension upgrades to compensate for all the added weight of big builds. I guess more specifically, like the smaller cars. I know EXO had to tackle that situation early on for his new MASSIVE build, but he’s added an extreme amount of steal and wood ON TOP of the weight of all the equipment! I’m extremely excited to see that thing in action!! Wish I was closer to the east coast/SE US. I’d love to meet him and Jacob.
