Not to nerd out, but they’re Federal Signal Modulator sirens and unfortunately that’s just how they sound. I’ve read the different tones are meant to cut through and around the buildings better than a steady tone and seem to be the only ones ever setup with this kind of alert tone.
Unknown the one that I am curious about is at 1:39...I’ve never heard that one before but if I had to guess it sounds like something from the UK in the 60’s

As someone who uses this mod, can confirm that it's pretty much like this. It's made me change my entire playstyle and thinking during combat- no longer is it 'get close to utilize shotgun' but instead 'what's the safest and brightest lit place within twenty yards'. My bases now all only can be accessed by elevator, and all have as much lighting as possible, as well as turrets mounted facing outwards and in, since the little monsters can actually spawn inside your base. And, if possible, I avoid Sirenheads to not get dragged into the 'nightmare' the creatures live in.
I learned my lesson about leaving them alone when I had a Sirenhead spawn underwater out on the coast, broadcasting it's signal from seemingly out at sea to me on the coast. I took a potshot with a .44 out where I thought it was, but nothing happened. Then, like it was attracted by the sound of the shot, it slowly began to get louder, and louder, closer and closer until it's message was deafening. It was only after I looked away to turn down my headphones that it happened. I'd returned my gaze to the screen, to the fog and sea, and there it was, slowly walking out of the water, crying 'daddy, where are you' almost directly into my face. I just kinda sat there for a moment, locked in dread, when it stopped walking. It was running.
10/10, would have bejeezus scared out of me again.

But I did wish there were just more games with a similar aesthetic. Suppose for me it's more of the horror vibe, like in Dead Space. You're given a weapon and the game basically just tells you not to die while monsters jump out at you from the dark. And being able to fight back usually just makes games scarier for me because it's giving you a (for the most part) unscripted option to kill something or defend yourself than just a cutscene of you escaping something.

Dude, just watched ur first and now second vid of this and ur fallout looks so good with all those mods! I'm definitely copying ur load order if I may?
PILGRIM, CommonwealthConifersREDUX, Vivid Fallout, Grasslands, and the featured mod Whispering hills are the main mods that make my Fallout 4 look this way. There are also the mods in the description for zombies/creatures and the silent hill fog effects. I also use Immersive HUD and Corpses, Enhanced blood. Some orphan and raider children mods so it makes the game far more creepy. Armorsmith Extended, CGOsoundplugin and noloopingWeapon sounds, including revamped echo for guns for added spookiness. there is also Faraway Area Reform to make faraway textures look better. New pipboy flashlight and the Pipboy 2000. there is also realistic death physics. You can look all of these up easily, most of these are for PC though.

HF that was intense the first part led me to the second part but I wasn't expecting that, this was awesome definitely worth to watch lol
