Hi Virginia. I love orchids. Thank you for showing how to make this beautiful card set. I have never water colored on a stamp before. Also, your card set gift a the end is beautiful. I love how you wrapped them up so pretty.
I loved watching your video! Your advice about just playing around with it is so right on! Your cards are beautiful and I love the envelopes and wrap for your gift! Your stamping truly does look like a work of art!
I love this!!! I am going to put this video in my favorites. I have that Penny Black stamp and not used it, as it is so large I could not figure a way it would work!! Now with my new Misti and unused PB stamp, am going to have a great time. Thank you, you are so talented.
Thank you Virginia. I have been stamping many years, however have RA so bad I can hardly hold the stamps anymore, plus a couple of strokes, so the Misti has improved my life so much! I do enjoy your video's,
I have been wondering how the new Spectrum watercolor markers compare to the Distress..thanks for showing them in action:) LOVE the matching envelopes!!
Thanks for the comment. You can do this with copics, BUT I don't think Copic Markers can produce a good result because of the alcohol content. This is my personal opinion.
Thank you so much for sharing your talent! I thoroughly enjoyed your video resulting in beautiful cards. Could you please tell me what die you used to package up your card set? I didn't see it listed under your supply list.
Thank you for watching and give me such a lovely comment. Sorry that I forgot to list it. It is a Martha Stewart Punch like this one: shrsl.com/?dhxn or this one shrsl.com/?dhxp. Hope this helps.
TFS! I have this stamp (and other similar ones from this line) and love it. Always looking for good ways to showcase these lovely, floral stamps. I think your recipient will be very happy to get this beautiful card set.
+cristina jones Thanks for the comment! The little 'clip" you see is a piece of Washi tape. I used it to keep the paper in place and it helps me to grip MISTI. They can be replaced easily, too. Hope this answers your question.
What kind of card/paper would you suggest using for watercolour stamping? I've got so many different types of card and watercolour paper, but don't know which one to use!
Thanks for the kind comment! I used Canson 80lbs (or 110lb sometimes) Watercolor paper and Bristol Paper (Strathmore). These are sufficient for stamping purpose. Hope this helps!
@@VirginiaLu1209 Thanks very much, very helpful and I will check those papers out. Love your videos, definitely the best on UA-cam and really useful techniques - and beautiful cards!

Love your watercolour technique. Thanks for sharing. I'm a new subscriber! :-)
I never do well with markers - it always finishes looking like I’ve done a drawing in felt tips. You’ve inspired me to give it another try, though!
