maybe start by taking inspiration from other creators within your fav asmr style but don't forget to just be yourself too! can start off doing simple lofi vids only using the mic on your phone. make sure you have good lighting and title your first vid "my first time trying ASMR" or smth like that. good luck!! just have fun with it and you will figure it out as you go :)
