After rewatching this amazing video several times I noticed something. When putting on the ketchup and mustard, once we can see the first bit, the bottle is covering the rest of the hotdog. This probably means the play dough (or whatever the ketchup and mustard was) was put all on at the same time to make it look smooth and a lot less time consuming. So nice job on the tricks to make this easier on yourself.
