Thank you so much for taking the time to teach us about these amazing Orishas and passing on your knowledge! I'm from California but i'm going to try my best to get out to FL to visit you and get a consultation!
Iboru, Bendiciones.. Love what your doing & keeping it unbiased. I'm new to your channel, for someone like me who has a language barrier. I am inspired with your translations. I guess I'm going back to FB so I can get more content. Thanks again -Oba Oyin Aye✌

Something that is interesting in the story of the marriage is its similarity to other mermaid stories from around the world, such as the story of Melusine.
If I mentioned an odu for this ceremony it was more than likely “Irete Kutan” or “Irete Ogunda” which is the odu it is most associated with in the Afro Cuban tradition! Be sure to Subscribe! Thank you!
Any dialogue or commentary on the idea that orisha oko is a manifestation of obatala? Further thoughts about the relationship between orisha OKO and oshun. I was also told that at night orisha oko becomes Iku
I haven't experienced the idea of Orisha Oko being a manifestation of Obatala. I have always understood them to be 2 individual beings, even though they are closely related due to the fact Orisha Oko was his employee at one point. Have to delve deeper into scripture to see how his interactions with Oshun were. As far as him transforming into Iku at night, I have read a pataki that may explain that, and there is another one similar but it was more that Iku came to visit his family at night, obviously not ending well for them! Blessings and Thanks for watching!
I appreciate the time you put into putting this video together. thank you

Can I please get the correct spelling of the "feeding of the earth" Odu. I am also Odùduwà and received the same perscription!
