I think you should slow plays down on a regular basis and pause them when you think something important is happening, be really patient and try to really determine what’s happening. Such as what the defense is trying to take away and what the offense is trying to attack. Once you get in the habit of slowing the video down you’ll start to recognize patterns in pick and roll defense, post defense, rotations, etc. at that point you’ll probably recognize a lot more in real time but not everything
@@lukasmyers4554 you have to think the game itself is already 2 1/2 hours and there’s so much to learn from one game from all that’s going on I’m surprised it didn’t take him longer to be honest
