Coupled with empty stomach and fatigue (decreasing body's immune system) this thing can be very crippling. You just need good rest, drink plain hot dark tea, and apply hot cream on areas exhibiting pain and sore muscles.
There are no such thing. Its only gastric acid, cold/influenza. The medication only relieve the symptoms by distracting the pain to other nerve systems.

Suggestions for those who want to travel between Jakarta and Bali... it's best to go via the southern route JKT - Bogor- Puncak - Bandung - (Ciwidey- South Cianjur/Pangalengan - south Garut - Pangandaran). This area is treated to beautiful nature. Passing through tea plantation mountains and coastal beaches Until Pangandaran beach, go straight to Central Java and continue to East Java.

The grave right next to the temple is my great, great, great grand dad. my dad and my grand dad buried in a cemetery on the foot of the hill of that temple, and if Im lucky, (I live overseas) so will I.
