Lovely video showing how easy it is to cook at home one day and eat for several days, batch cooking has saved me thousands over the years as we always have some food in the fridge and freezer on the days I don't feel like cooking, we can get some really bad weather days here which means I don't leave the house but I have enough food in the house for a month. It can cut down on impulse buying if you don't shop every day, who hasn't come home with things you never knew you wanted until you saw them ! I read somewhere that most people throw away 30% of the food they bought intending to eat.

I whole heartedly agree with you. My batch cooking stemmed from doing shift work. After a run of horrible shifts I really didn't want to think about food, meals or cooking. And yes it says absolutely loads of money. X
