Brilliantly simple; Just a really nice set of syncopated chords, which means you can really play around with the melody and the rhythm. You can literally sing this *any way you want* with this accompaniment, and that my friend is what jazz is all about. Great job.

Thank you for asking @brooklynjerde6943, I don't have sheet music for this arrangement specifically, however, I found this sheet music for Summertime online: www.jazzguitarlessons.net/blog/summertime . I usually play from sheet music charts just like this featured in "The Real Book", and then I will add things to the song here and there just playing by ear.
