I'm impressed by a few things about others:
      - how well they can articulate and express an idea
      - how deep they listen
      - how often they give instead of taking
      - how they can keep quiet when they have nothing more to say on a topic
Thank you for this wonderful video Alux.

Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone prolly have more money than you because you procrastinate a lot. If you take your life seriously, you will see a permanent improvement. I began regularly at 38. I currently have over $3 million in my retirement account at the age of 51. I always rely on my CFP, but starting late is my one regret. Even though those extra years might not seem like much, I value them greatly.

As I'm 56, and my life hasn't went all that well, as I've have had difficulty with my mental health, all my adult life, and difficulty with finding employment, the question
should be, if I could live my life again, without the considerable adversity that I've experienced, would I prefer a career that's more about being of service to the

I can't help but disagee. Having a family is not a party. It's work. Sometimes, it isn't fun at all. I see too many parents who treat their kids as their favourite toys. But life is not all fun and games.A family with children is a responsibility, not a life accessory.Bringing children into the world requires work, dedication, the ability to endure stress and the willingness to show them tough love and set boundaries.Your children will test you. They are your most unforgiving judges. That's the price you pay for their unconditional love.
Oscar Wilde:" All children start by loving their parents. Later, they judge them. Rarely, if ever, do they forgive them!"
Your children will never thank you.If they succeed in life, if they become responsible, healthy adults with families of their own, that's your reward. That's all you can ask for.

    • @PinkHypatia

All that you’ve described is precisely why a happy/solid family unit is more impressive than money. It’s a hard thing to achieve, and most hard things are impressive.

    • @charlottepeukert9095
      @charlottepeukert9095 10 місяців тому

      @@PinkHypatia
What people expect a happy family to be is a Hollywood image of it. And this image is dangerous.First of all, people expect the parents of the family to give everything to their children unconditionally, especially material goods. When you tell your child today that he or she will have to provide for themselves and take over responsibility for their lifes, this is perceived by society as an unfair treatment, especially if the family is wealthy. Then, there's the problem that many children and teens don't get a realistic (often unflattering) view of themselves, leaving them with unrealistic expectations what their future will look like and how hard they'll have to work for it.The trouble here is that young people often think social media is a reality, they can achieve. They don't focus on a realitic future but want to become rich and famous in no time, regardless of their personal abilities and the requierements of the job. They don't understand that they're likely to fail and that failing is part of the road to a happy life.
They underestimate the value of strong personal bonds with others and overestimate the impact money and success will have on their lifes. That's bad because, just as you build a business, you build relationships. Nothing happens by chance.

The last story is what I always hear here and there, but what is the real purpose of life. If people can live happily in the present why there's always a desire, why there's always a new thought new idea, the revolution, innovation, it was never needed, we were happy in jungles, but no we evolved, we moved, we explored, we never stopped, and we are not stopping. I think a full time happy life is also boring stuff, everyone will move and change. As bhagwat Geeta says: Change is constant. ❤

My other son conceptualized and designed a technology that can substantially eradicate global poverty and gave it away for free on the Internet just like Satoshi Nakamoto's Bitcoin white paper. Facebook did it and renamed it Fundraisers. Fundraisers double every year. And, in 2022, it raised $ 7 billion.

I don't like the fun culture. It's wrong to say that this is what counts.I like smart, witty people who display a sharp intellect. They can make critical remarks and try to pull my leg. No problem. All I can't take are the boring ones. Richard Wagner ( the composer, not the actor) once said to his friends and family:" Come up with something new.We know the old stuff. Regarding the story of the fisherman and the banker. The fisherman is right. Why work like a dog now, and sacrifice time being with friends and family and maybe enjoy life later, if you'll be healthy enough, when you don't have to work hard at all get enough for what you need, and enjoy life now. The fisherman has his priorities straight. The banker's mentality, is what is wrong with the world.

If you're under 6' you are invisible to women yet if a man states his preference is a woman who is fit and doesn't want a fat woman feminists lose their collective minds because we aren't allowed to have preferences apparently and unlike their weight our height is something we don't have any control over.
