- For a short period of time in the 70s and 80s, Rolex manufactured timepieces featuring exotic materials including dials made from a variety of minerals, woods, and stones. Burlwood, Black Onyx, African Mahogany, Lapis Lazuli, and Birch were all used for dials during this time. Most commonly these watches were produced in 18K yellow gold. These variants are always strikingly vivid with high contrast and minimalist design. Because these exotic dials were only in production for a short time, they have always been highly collectible. Good examples of these original references are becoming increasingly difficult to find.

That intro 😂😂😂😂😂. That is such a cool dial, I love the marble dial !!!
That intro! Love you, brotha! I think a certain "Rare-Gold-GMT-master-with-cosmic-burst-dial" collector would be very interested in this model ;)
I sold my complete fullset untouched TigerEye 16018 to a birthyear buyer. Although i do miss it a bit , i was happy for the buyer who got his birthyear watch. 80s Rolexes are simply mesmerizing. Best of both worlds for me!
how much did you sold it for?
Sick piece. Also that intro is extremely... relatable.
pretty much my daily life... in a nut shell
man love that jacket
Can you guys do a week on the wrist video with a Rolex 14270? Would be super cool to watch! :D
Yeah we can do a review of that for sure!!
Love this bracelet. Not so sure about the dial though.
Love a gold jubi!!!
