The gentle humming + pads are derived from vocals sung originally @432Hz, with the background of rising and falling for pink and white noises and rainstick. Rhythmic Droplets of piano and hang drum adding that movement to the track, to enhance focus during the meditation session.

Try Meditative Mind Bootcamp. Each chakra gets a half hour guided session. I did all the chakras in one afternoon session. It helped me to grieve a recent parent as well as my own trauma.

No Matter what i listen to , i also did the decalcifing Work and s , guess i Just used to this constant state already , i feel IT. Thank you
