I agree. Maybe make one small hole for your amphibious transport to go onto land to pick up troops. Other than that you can completely rely on your navy to win the game.
He probably could have finished the game in twenty minutes if he hadn't spent so much time directing his aircraft carriers to target individual infantry units. Unless he was trying to drag the game out, that didn't really make any sense. He could have used navy seals to do that.

It is a 32bit application and there is a limit of address space that was irrelevant when 32bit was introduced but severe at the the end (anyone remember only 3,2GB out of 4 being usable in Windows XP (the 64bit version was nothing but an experiment)? But would these units make a difference? Put them on the fighting grounds and they are dead within 15 seconds. But they distract the AA units/towers a couple seconds and you could strike a couple hits with aircraft carriers/boomers you wouldn't otherwise. Just use what you have for free. It can't hurt you in any way and it could benefit you potentially.

Good grief, folks! Judging by the responses it almost seems like every gameplay must be a pro play. Guess what...WRONG! People can have fun in their own way. I love building forces in RA2 not really doing everything and then just unleashing it all at once. It doesn't make me skillful, but at least I enjoy it :)
If you put it up on youtube be prepared to be critizised. Uploader is not a good player, but maybe he gets better when listening to advice. The idea with the prism-tanks was good, but if he put in one repair vehicle instead of a 6th tank and protected them better he could have wreaked havoc.

IIRC you have a unit limit count. filling it with infantry would be a problem.
