Halloween is the greatest for children and the costumes they pick out. It was so much fun when our kids were little and how excited they were to dress up.
I'm originally from Poland and we don't really have Halloween. But I enjoy seeing all the lovely Halloween cross stitch projects that everybody is working on! I love your finish, it's beautiful!

Halloween isn´t a big thing in Germany either. Here in my little village are only 10-20 Kids that celebrate it. But my BF love the leftover sweets ;) I love the colorfull skinpaintings and the handmade costumes
HI LINDA. Your piece of linen is probably a Wichelt linen. There’s is stiffer. It has more starch on it because it is a looser weave linen. Zweigart linens are much softer. You can always tell a zweigart fabric because they all have an orange strip woven into the salvage edge. Personally i much prefer Zweigart fabrics. Love all your projects and look forward to your videos. You are always so positive and enthusiastic about your stitching. You are a joy to watch. Yes, I realized that it was called Cross stitch when I was searching for crosstitching with Outlander. Not easy to find patterns when the searches find book one all the time 😅 Have a nice day!

My favorite part of Halloween are the lit up jack-o-lanterns and seeing everyone dressed up. I love Halloween so much I got married in October and encouraged my guests to wear costumes to my wedding!

Congrats on your finish and all the progress on your WIPs. As a kid we went out guising for halloween. There was still the trick or treat element to it but also collecting a "penny for the guy" collecting items to dress an image of Guy Fawkes ready to be burned on the bonfire on the 5th of November to commemorate the foiling of the gunpowder plot to blow up the houses of parliament.

i am not sure if i can say this here but check out The Cross Stitch Corner online. they are a German company great selection of cross stitch stuff. i live in Ireland and used to get all my stuff from the U K but as they are no longer in the EU i would be caught for extra tax . love your video especially the missing Goat ha ha love it
We have All saint's eve (alla helgons afton) ro remember our lost ones, and what we do then is to go to where our loved ones are buried and set candles and grave ornaments. And I would say it's more or less the older generation who does this, but our cemeteries looks beautiful this eve. Nothing like Halloween.
I love the most about Halloween (now) when my kids get so excited on that day! They love love love Halloween!! Last year we had a huge snow storm on Halloween but we still went trick or treating! How many stitches do you do per day, do you know? You make so much progress on all your projects! Halloween not that celebrated in the U.K., although the shops started to sell costumes for kids and so on. I like Halloween for its colours, mainly. And for cute characters in stitching charts. I’m not interested in the gory stuff, there’s enough anguish in the world already. I love your haul, enjoy! By the way, do you really believe that a 4 year old would be able to control the little fingers sufficiently to hold the needle, let alone have the patience to sit there and stitch? I don’t believe so, regardless of what it’s stitched on the original sampler. Who knows?
Well, we never know but I believe children were raised very differently from today and we have children to day who are able to make remarkable things, so I must say that I believe 😊 My amount of stitches vary alot from day to day. Depending life and how I feel. But stitching is my passion and except being with my daughter and husband this is was I'm eager to get home to from work. I choose what I want to spend my free time on except for helping my daughter when she needs it.

I really don't like Halloween 🥺 In Holland it's all about scary things, parties where people are dressed as scary as possible with axes and blood etc .and parents let children go there.. Such terrible things happen in the world with torture, war, natural disasters, why deliberately give children nightmares? Sorry, I really don't want to intentionally ruin a party but I really don't get it..

I love the most about Halloween (now) when my kids get so excited on that day! They love love love Halloween!! Last year we had a huge snow storm on Halloween but we still went trick or treating! How many stitches do you do per day, do you know? You make so much progress on all your projects! Halloween not that celebrated in the U.K., although the shops started to sell costumes for kids and so on. I like Halloween for its colours, mainly. And for cute characters in stitching charts. I’m not interested in the gory stuff, there’s enough anguish in the world already. I love your haul, enjoy! By the way, do you really believe that a 4 year old would be able to control the little fingers sufficiently to hold the needle, let alone have the patience to sit there and stitch? I don’t believe so, regardless of what it’s stitched on the original sampler. Who knows?
Well, we never know but I believe children were raised very differently from today and we have children to day who are able to make remarkable things, so I must say that I believe 😊
My amount of stitches vary alot from day to day. Depending life and how I feel.
But stitching is my passion and except being with my daughter and husband this is was I'm eager to get home to from work. I choose what I want to spend my free time on except for helping my daughter when she needs it.

I really don't like Halloween 🥺
In Holland it's all about scary things, parties where people are dressed as scary as possible with axes and blood etc .and parents let children go there.. Such terrible things happen in the world with torture, war, natural disasters, why deliberately give children nightmares? Sorry, I really don't want to intentionally ruin a party but I really don't get it..

I'm not usually one to comment of this sort of thing but being part of the lgbtq+ community hearing you misgender dee hurt my heart a little. I'm not saying this to be rude or come off nasty but please educate yourself, dee's pronouns are they/them.
