One of the hardest gangsta rap tracks ever dropped. I'm a white boy primarily into death metal, and this record is just as intense as any of the weird shit I listen to. All the west and east coast greats helped push the limits on art and music, its just sad that alot of them aren't alive today to see the impact they had on the future generations

Lmao I'm literally the same. Scrawny ass white kid who came out the womb listening to 90's rap and death metal. My liked songs is a mix of Signs of the Swarm, Job For A Cowboy, Carnifex yada yada yada and Cube, Dre, Eminem, Big, NWA, Tupac, etc. lol. Take it easy brother.

What was cold about that "Fuck Charley Manson" line is he was talking about Reginald Denny, who got pulled out of his truck during the Rodney King riots, hit with a brick, and the ones who did it danced after.

Early Cube was a lyrical beast. He wrote all of Dre's raps in NWA. When Cube went solo his pen game went to a whole different level. As for the video, by the mid 90's the videos were a million plus easy. Check out just about anything Hype Williams made during that era

@@seanlo8330 I read Dr. Dre's & Jerry Heller's biography back in 2007. Both books said that The D.O.C. was the main writer for Dr. Dre & he wrote the clean raps for Eazy-E. They said that The D.O.C. was better at writing radio friendly songs.

The beef ended when Eazy-E died & Snoop started hatin on SugeKnight.
SugeKnight is the same/ IDENTICAL to Don King the afro boxing promoter who robbed Tyson blind.
He got 85% of ALL Tysons money when Tyson had 100 million dollar purse fights back in late 1980's & 90's..
Man that memory pisses me off.. Iim glaf Tyson found some calm happiness..His life after his dad died was sad & tragic & Don King swooped in like a vulture..
~~Dr.Dre & SNoop Deepcover(cause itz 187 of undercover cop) was a song made for MC-REN! And NWA fans will remember how fire McRen was before he became 5%.
MC Ren on Deepcover beat & angry aggro beat woulda been epic...In a alternate dimension where little things are off slightly like a left turn when you shoulda went right etc.
That MC Ren Deepecover happened there.. & i wanna hear it! lol
~~Get Ice Cube The Predator & Lethal Injection.. BOTH albums are the type you listen to 500 times & learn to love how epic these rymes are & how funny.

    TL;DR Helter Skelter
I'm surprised no one has mentioned it, but this was originally going to be part of a Ice Cube/Dre album called Heltah Skeltah. The D.O.C was ghostwriting it. Maybe just Dre's parts idk. But he has been ghostwriting for Dre forever. Anyway, he was tired of not being paid enough, and Dre was holding him back from releasing his own stuff. He took his contributions for the album and bounced. He released Helter Skelter with a bunch of his people in Texas. One of my favorite albums of all time. It's very G-funk, but way darker like the production from this track. I would often have people ask me for music, as I have a huge collection and diverse taste. I would always include the album, and say nothing. Whether it was days, months, or longer, every single person always came back at me telling me how dope that album is and thanking me. Anyway. Check it out if you haven't heard it yet.

This was 1994 right after Dre just left NWA. Once Dre left NWA he and Ice Cube squashed the beef

i still have that video on vhs along with murder was the case. i'm not a hip hop fan, i'm more of a metal fan. but i do appreciate old school hip hop like this since it was popular when i was in middle school

Yo, Snoop’s latest album is flame. He has a track on it with Nas and Sandwich Bag is a whole vibe.

I remember when this came out. I was so hyped. When NWA split up, there were sides. Cube was on one, Dre the other. This was their first str8 bangah together. The video was like a movie. John Amos as Police Chief. He's the dad from Good Times & Coming To America. And the Pac reveal at the end was definitely iconic for the times back then. 1994 was a crazy good year for music.
