Nice! I just upgraded to the R5c and love it. Canon is expensive but definitely has the best color profile (in my opinion). It’s cool to see the equipment y’all use and how you create some of the best content around!

Hey Max, it seems like filming (atleast to my experience and after hearing this video) is getting over a lot of bumps in the road. Currently for my golf videos, I’ve been using a GoPro Hero 5 with a Rode Mic (it’s tough bc I have to use an mic adapter and also there are many instances when the mic won’t be connected and I’ll have no audio at all. Anyway, I’ve been considering upgrading for a while now and was wondering what you’d suggest for a budget camera. I haven’t made anything from UA-cam yet, but am very committed and noticed the GoPro video quality has been decent, but not ideal.

Nice walk through. The camera that Luis uses on the green doesn’t have the same colour profile as you & Colin, I’m surprised but there must be a reason.
Also, as good as the tracers are, why don’t you use the iPhone app on the 14 pro with prores and cut it into the footage. When you zoom with the big boy cameras on the tee box we rarely get to see the ball land unless it’s in the fairway. Surely the iPhone tracers would save so much editing time, and you could do split screen if you wanted? This is a genuine question, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

The zoom camcorder you guys use is a little above my pay grade at the moment so I was curious if you had experience with the XA50 model and what your thoughts were on it for on-course use.

for golf content , a used Canon Xf400 which also shoots up to 4k60
Love these kind of videos! For the microphones, I went with the DJI version of those a few months back and they’ve been amazing the few times I’ve been able to use them.
