Fun fact- in this universe, a halflings' average lifespan is about 50 years or so, which is somewhat shorter than most of the others races. So with Chilchuck being 28-29, this puts him at around middle-aged.

It's the fear that gives him a quickness, he gets scared and them scrambling techniques kick in 😆

Goddamnit I think it’s the funniest thing that this doesn’t get touched upon as in like the fucking you can travel across the fucking paintings and stuff and the characters remember you or something it doesn’t get brought up ever again. You know it’s kind of annoying but I love at the same time I was expecting the fucking Elf to pop out of the painting on the revenge kick

I have always wanted to try fresh durian because I have had durian pastries but the real thing is always different than processed garbage, the pastries were ok though. I have a feeling you guys would like the channel Weird Explorer, his channel is dedicated to him trying every fruit that exists, I forget how many he has tried, close to 1k, but there are 300k varieties of edible fruit on the planet. He goes over the information on the fruit and the plant, how to eat it, etc. It is crazy to think that we only cultivate only a couple hundred at best.
Also hearing you guys talk about nuts and coconuts at the end makes me want to suggest sprouted coconuts, completely different coconut experience.

I recommend going to Thailand for durian and mangosteen.
Go to Malaysia or Thailand for durian! That's where they are locally grown and where they taste the best. Hong Kong/Japan is too cold for these fruits to grow with good taste! SEA reps please turn up.
I would recommend Malaysia, but you better check if they are in season when you plan your travel.
What kind of painting would you like to visit if you could jump into it like, in this episode ?
So one of my favorite paintings is The Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh so I would start there probably. Also huge fan of Bob Ross so just about any of his paintings would be cool to visit. I like a lot of Frank Frazetta too, those would be freaking incredible to visit!!

Why are you constantly talking about having sex with food ?
Durian doesn't carry well, if you're shipping it around it's not going to be good.
Also some varieties are bitter whilst some are sweet. They're best had during the harvest season when they just turned ripe.
Also Japan doesn't grow Durians, they're grown in SEA mainly in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. China is starting to grow some of their own as well
I used to love Guavas as a child, they come in sweet, tangy, and sour, and there textures are nice and crunchy, or soft and juicy, but as I grew older I could not eat Guavas anymore cause my tastes changed and I could not handle the sourness
