Fun Facts. Back in the 1800 sandpoint was full of loggers, miners and prostitutes lots of prostitutes. Then in the 1970s the unregulated airport became a spot where pot was dropped for distribution, lots of pot, in fact a lot of the businesses were started with that money and some are still here but ill let you figure out which ones. Sandpoint has always been a live and let live place with crazy liberals next door to crazy conservatives. We have always respected each other and most are even friends so please don't come here and expect everyone to agree politically. Agree to be good people and you'll do fine.
