Amb. Melanne Verveer Speaks at HRC53 Side Event on Ukraine

Ambassador Melanne Verveer, executive director of GIWPS spoke at a side event of the 53rd session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva. The event, "Updated National Action Plan 1325 in Ukraine," was about the protection of diverse groups, especially women and girls, affected by Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the recovery processes.
