I wanted to tell you this: I'm Italian, I live in Rome and a few years ago it was easy to find the Maneskin in the streets of the center of Rome, singing like street performers. The people always stopped enchanted with their music! Today, here in Rome, we're waiting for the world to release them to go home (Maneskin, tornate a casa...), and see their show.

I'm 56 years old, I've seen many concerts from many bands, coming from many countries in the world. I'm feeling similar emotions I've got from U2 at their beginning, I can't forget the energy they spent in their Achtung Baby's tour in Milan, when they were around 30 years old.... Can't wait for a Maneskin live concert!

This song is from their second album "Teatro d'ira vol. 1" who came out on March 2021.
Their first album "Il ballo della vita" who came out on 2018 has a more funky sound and you can easily feel how they were still exploring and trying to find their sound being as young as they are/were.

I agree with what you said about focusing on music+lyrics. I must admit that there are some videos which are iconic, I.e with ‘Torna a casa’ or ‘Morirò da re’ the official video are too beautiful and must be watched. Just the top of all the example is Thriller by MJ how can someone live without having watched it dozen of times? And still you can focus on music and lyrics

I like your reactions. Even though I'm Italian, I became a Maneskin fan at the age of 57 two months ago. Here in Italy there are many people who hate them(boomers like me but also young guys) and it is not clear why. But they don't give a shit. I'm just telling you that Thomas the guitarist was born in 2001 and the oldest of them(Damiano the singer) in 1999!!! (Victoria & Ethan 2000).

Many questions in this reaction... first, the song is from the lastest album, Teatro d'ira vol. I (vol II is coming in december).
Second, what I've done for love... I've got into fights, I spent a lot of money and traveled to the other half of world (among many others stupid things). But it isn't fair if you don't tell us what YOU have done.

If you do the live version, I recommend NOT doing tiktok live from Berlin. There was so much technical issues that Vic's bass was non-existent and Damiano couldn't hear himself or instrument and was out of tune because of that. So choose some other live! I would recommend doing Poland live, any of their songs were great and they did Lividi sui gomiti first time live ever! Also the ending with the statement was iconic and big f you to Polish goverment!
