Not surprised! Olu got hurt, then Geno! O-line didn't play well! We are still a few pieces away from being a real contender! A couple of draft classes and seasoning for the coach and staff.
I’m sick of seeing our GM trade draft capital for band-aids when a complete tear-down is needed. No more band-aids. Set the goal for four or five years down the road and trade everyone that costs significant salary for draft capital.
Brendon You act like this team is an elite team. They are not! New coaches and new system. It’s going to take time to build this team. They haven’t played any team that is elite besides Detroit and Buffalo and they were smoked in each game. GB was a true test. If you thought this team was going to do something this year, you are dreaming. This game was nothing more than experience for a young team. You like the line when we do well then hate on them when they lose. You have a rookie starting at guard a second year man at center ( who got hurt) and a washed up left guard in LT. what do you expect? This team will grow and learn from these games. We have good coaches and that is a plus. Did you expect a deep dive into playoffs year one? Come on man. Doesn’t work that way. They will learn from this. Go Hawks!
Agreed, Pete's first year was no different, they got alot of weeding out to do still within the organization and that isn't lost on them. Guys like Woolen not showing up to play, that wont fly with any team in the NFL, you know its bad when Mr. Positivity Pete benched you, at this point its becoming clear his talent will be held back by his head. Hopefully going into next year with money off the books they can actually have an off season of major reshuffling and adding/subtracting.
Demeco Ryans got to the divisional round in year 1 I had this team winning 8 to 9 games this season. But I just hate to see a late season collapse looming like last year It was 6-3 last year, now it’s 8-5.. and we are going to shit the bed
100% blame the season ticket holders. Enough of the fair weather bs. No matter how good or bad the Seahawks are we’re the 12s for a reason. Season ticket holders are soft and money hungry
Needs a change of ownership. Couldn’t believe my ears watching the game: “Go Pack Go!” Unbelievable how expensive tickets are, and season ticket holders who don’t even care about our team turn around and sell them to opposing fans. Not to mention the surplus of the tech industry bringing in randoms that buy the tickets cuz they have money. Genuinely makes me sad. Can’t wait for next week when I’m at the game and can make up for 20 of our missing 12’s. Childhood going down the drain. Jodi needs to make an administrative change, or sell the damn team.
Why do we not use Metcalf? I get it jsn is going off right now . But Metcalf is our best player and we can’t design shit for him? The run defense was awful too but tbf it’s hard to win 5 games in a row
Nice video. Did anyone notice that on Doubs' touchdown at the end of the 1st quarter, it looked like Riq Woolen actually helped him into the end zone? Like, he wasn't pulling him down, he was pushing him into the end zone. Also, fans need to stop with the Roy Robertson-Harris crap. All these fans that defend him as "holding his ground" - you have no idea what you're talking about. He's horrible. I watched Jacobs run right by him, a foot away from him, and RRH can't get off his blocks. It was almost like the GB o-line plan was to create a gap right next to RRH and have Jacobs hit it and just assume RRH wouldn't be able to get off his block. Finally, it's a good thing that Ernest Jones is a playmaker with good leadership skills, because he's horrible at tackling in the open field. Also, what was Derrick Hall doing playing defensive tackle on goal line? Josh Jacobs went right by him while he was getting pushed back.
I think you’re being a little hard in the team as a whole. The first half was an abysmal start but the defense really turned in on into he’s Rodney half and if we had Geno I actually feel good about a potential comeback just like we had against the Jets. If Geno is 100% next week I like our chances but if not, season is probably done.
@ The defense was getting stop after stop in the second half but the offense couldn’t do a damn thing with Howell but even Charbs was going off toward the end. Either Geno I think we actually win this game on a classic Geno game winning driv.
@@scvboy1 True. The bottom fell out offensively that is. The defense did everything they could to keep us in that one, and that goes a lot to Mike being disciplined with the D.
I love my Hawks…win or lose,I’m in. That being said,I never had this game pinned for a “W”. I haven’t seen enough from them consistently to feel like we were gonna win that game. However,I didn’t think it would have gone as bad as it did. I mean this was really bad. Also,I was unaware that a bulk of the fan base wanted to see Howell take the reins. To me,Geno is the notably superior player. I will say that prior to last night I had confidence in Howell to perform well if Geno ever went down. But that showing by him tonight erased any & all confidence that I had in his abilities as a backup. And his immobility really put on full display the ineptness of the o-line. But going back to my original point,I never had this game as a win,and oddly enough,I felt like our chances were better against Minnesota. Sounds crazy I know, but that’s strictly my opinion. Not forcing it on anyone.
A lot of problems on this team. I do feel like we rely too much on Jsn. We have dk and Lockett still but def all that is affected due to our oline. I hope this is a wake up call to Schneider because we been having this issue for so long. All in all the team just looked sluggish and we just got pushed around
We lost the trenches both sides of the ball. Reason why we lost. We saw what geno can do with protection. It all starts in the trenches. Simple bull rush and our o line cant even block for 2 seconds.
It was more like 60-65% Packers fans there. The 12s were an obvious minority in our own stadium and on "Fan Appreciation Night," no less. Great production quality. Drone show was pretty cool. This was a crappy remake of the Thanksgiving night game against the Niners last season. Everything about going to the game was incredibly fun and festive and made you feel proud to be a Seahawks fan... until the game itself actually started. Seriously, the only thing missing for both games, was arguably the most important element: The team. Regarding John Schneider, I'd be disappointed if the ownership doesn't look at other available options during the offseason. He's had a decade to rebuild the offensive line since the ill-fated Unger-for-Graham trade and has failed miserably. If Pete was shown the door, I would more than understand the Hawks showing JS the same fate. The Super Bowl victory was awesome, but times have changed. The era of "Beast Quake" loud fans showing up for the Hawks is OVER. Tonight, I went to a Packers home game that wasn't held at Lambeau Field. On "Fan Appreciation Night," ironically no fans got shown more appreciation than the GB fans. Inexcusable, no matter how frustratingly inconsistent our Seattle team has been for this season and for the past several seasons. Season ticket holders who sell the majority of their tickets to opposing fans (Bills, Packers, etc.) need to have their seats revoked. This complete lack of home field advantage should not be allowed to continue by any responsible ownership group, period.
I wish people would STOP complaining about Grubb. The OC is only as good as the OL Players are. 7 Sacks means the OL sucks. We can't win any games at HOME, the field where 12's rule.
I'll tell you what your problem is brendon. You only know hawk football. Packers pass rush has only been lackluster because they switched from a 3-4 to a 4-3 and their edge rushers are adjusting to it. You also thought Jordan Love was a turnover machine and that wasn't true either. He hasn't thrown a pick in 4 games now. You gotta actually watch more than just the hawks. Not to mention you talk about fan turn out and YOU dont even go to the games yourself. So its hypocritical
I bought some game tickets from a season ticket holder and went out to support the Hawks. screamed my ass off all game. Stayed till the end too! So some of us are trying to be good fans. It was tough though they're certainly was a solid loud bunch of Packers peeps surrounding me. When the Seahawks offense was on the field hardly anybody got loud for our team. It was pretty rough. Definitely can see how different it was from the past.

I'm not a local, but I remember when the Sehawks couldn't be beat at home and had the loudest fans in the league. What's different? Why are the visitors fans always outshining the hosts?
Yeah, from someone who coaches himself, Sam looked "cold," and was very obvious he didn't get many reps in practice prior. That's on the coaching staff.
Brendon, I don't understand your attitude toward Gino Smith. He forced the ball in the red zone and the Hawks were driving early in the game. Our secondary players need to be looking for the ball. 1 target to Lockett isn't enough! I agree with your thoughts on Woolen...he should be on the bench!

The fan problem is simple. Show people an interesting product, and they will come. I feel the team slapped me in the face for expecting even a competitive game. I understand why people won't go
Bro that’s a not an excuse we were just on a 4 game win streak and finished sweeping a division rival. If there was a game to get excited about this was it
@@burgbudz4203 And I was excited, like I was for the lions, 49ers, and even bills. I want to see a fun and entertaining games. But then as soon as those games started, we got blown out. I'm on board with this proof of concept year, but it gets so tough when you think the team has turned the corner and are making strides and then they give you what we got on Sunday. I saw no fight in them last night
@@Matthew-xh3rm I def know what you mean it hard seeing your team lose, I’m sure no one wants to see that but no one can tell how a game is gonna go before it starts. If you’re a fan support your team period. Don’t just start selling season tickets to opponents because you’re disappointed in a few games and have a bad feeling. Hawks are starting to turn into fair weather fans smh
I think Woolen is still drunk off his rookie year as if no one will target him. Newsflash!!! Bro you’ve been trash since your sophomore yr!
Jsn save's Gino from a pic. Then geno throws a interception right back to the same spot. Brandon , you can at least call himount.
Geno. Brendon. Should I call you Erin?
I love schneider but I think it might be time for him to go so we can get a gm that is more in line with the type of personnel that mcdonald wants and needs. I dont want another 5th rnd conversion project for our top oline pickup this year. This game is won in the trenches, not the periphery, and schneider doesnt seem to understand that. grubb needs to find a new job as well, he is partly to blame for this terrible oline, as it's his job to get them in sync and ready. He is also a terrible game caller, just doesn't understand his own team nor the situation we are in. Just time to go, nice little experiment from college but it didn't work
Was at the game so disappointed to see so many Packer fans
Yea, it's bad, these people with season tickets selling their tickets online to the opposing team for $200-300
Woolen soft and he has to go
As tissue! Plays scared of contact and he has learn anything since he’s was drafted. No technique or IQ at all
Riq “shoot” Woolen is 🗑️
Trade riq for a 2-3 invest in Qb, Line, and I know Byron is a rookie but I haven’t seen much from him I feel he gets taken out of the play all the time
If they had drafted Carter the d-line would be just fine. Spoon is good, but the defensive line is extremely inconsistent.
We’d get a compensatory draft pick if he walks in free agency.
@@spencerdoesntknowanything680 he's not a free agent until after next season

When it comes to looking like clowns....those action green uniforms aren't helpful
Macdonald said geno’s knees structurally is probably ok
Well... We got to demonstration of just how many flaws Geno has been covering up for the offensive line. They look awful with a QB who's elite at avoiding pressure, when Howell came in it was laughable... You'd think GB has an elite pass rush
the guys first snaps of the year. Geno was holding the ball and getting sacked
That was unwatchable qb play by Sam howl. A bunch of three and outs over and over again the man’s should not even be a back up
we should hire the chefis assistant gm as our new gm his name is Mike Borgonzi
Special teams looked pretty good.
dickson was the best player on the field for sure
i really think geno wins that game but i think the defense adjusted well in the 2nd half showing that MM is the real deal
You’re out of your mind. We couldn’t score with him. Sam Howell led drive got us our first td

The lions bills and packers pretty much showed us everything we need to know about the hawks
we lost to the NYG, that's pretty bad, at home I might add

Right that ALSO showed us alot about the hawks i agree lmfao
Common man be truthful. Before the game you said packer were trash

Left a watch party the beginning of 4th qtr and it was at my house. Still not sure what I just experienced for 3 qtrs.
Fire the entire O line.
Vikings may drop a 40+ burger on us! 😱🤦🏻
I won’t be shocked if we lose next week
no shit its the vikings
If Geno is out there is absolutely no chance they win
We are playing at home, so we will probably lose
I’d be shocked if we win. If Howell is out there he’s gonna get eaten alive by that Flores defense
I'd be shocked if we win
Not surprised! Olu got hurt, then Geno! O-line didn't play well! We are still a few pieces away from being a real contender! A couple of draft classes and seasoning for the coach and staff.
I’m sick of seeing our GM trade draft capital for band-aids when a complete tear-down is needed. No more band-aids. Set the goal for four or five years down the road and trade everyone that costs significant salary for draft capital.
Brendon
You act like this team is an elite team.
Agree. Your analysis of this team is spot on.
Demeco Ryans got to the divisional round in year 1
I had this team winning 8 to 9 games this season. But I just hate to see a late season collapse looming like last year
It was 6-3 last year, now it’s 8-5.. and we are going to shit the bed
Idk feels like we lost to flags, woolen, check downs and run game
Tariq woolen is trash it’s like he hasn’t gotten better or learned anything since he’s been in the league. He plays soft
I agree. The dynamic changes without Geno, but after geno was gone the bottom just fell out.
Our Defense can't bust up on a so so GB OL ? Wow, what did all the players do prior to the game, had a Blunt Party ?
Too much party in the night before when they're in a home game.
Team fought. Defense got hit early and the offense is up in the air. LaFleur called a good game, on to MN!
A lot of problems on this team. I do feel like we rely too much on Jsn. We have dk and Lockett still but def all that is affected due to our oline. I hope this is a wake up call to Schneider because we been having this issue for so long. All in all the team just looked sluggish and we just got pushed around
Can we start talking about the draft now?
New owner and GM
The soul of this team died with Paul Allen
Geno was only gonna be able to take hits for so long
the guy was losing 20-6 before he left anyways, including yet another red zone interception
You gotta appreciate what you have. QBs don’t grow on trees
We lost the trenches both sides of the ball. Reason why we lost. We saw what geno can do with protection. It all starts in the trenches. Simple bull rush and our o line cant even block for 2 seconds.
This OLine and this College offense wasnt ready to show up
Offense is way more disappointing, defense played good outside the 1st quarter
We play so inconsistent
The offense didn’t show up. The defense made enough stops to win. That final touchdown by Dobbs was impressive.
I hate the Action Green, it makes the loss even uglier 😅
We had multiple chances to come back and win but Sam Howell is like a stone statue
As soon as the offense on the first drive, first play came out in shotgun. I knew it was gonna be ugly.
I think sam looked at least as good as geno
Well you're delusional. He threw just as many pics as Gino and he had way more incomplete passes and way more nearly intercepted passes.
This game made me drink my soul out and I'm not even a drinker that's how you know it's bad.
🤣
John Schneider has to go.
My biggest takeaway was that the people calling for Howell to start earlier in the season are extremely mentally challenged
Well yeah, the fans aren’t supposed to be loud on offense. I was at the game too.. and it’s embarrassing
Counterpoint: can we really blame the team for not being inspired to play at home when it's 75% opposing fans.
This has been a recurring theme in our stadium this year. Where have the 12s gone?
Best comment we don’t have to hear about Sam Howell ever again!!
That was a disgusting performance on so many levels. Woolen is the biggest steaming pile of 💩 on our whole team. We need two new QB’s. And a new O line. We need a LOT!
Nwosu was super slow. Someone faster could have stopped a few of those runs
I was there! Greenbay was everywhere.
The offence is out coached. Geno and Sam int took the life out of the team and 12. Seahawks lost because the INT QB shows up on game day.
Riq woolen might be the next Tre flowers
Bo Nix looked like complete doodoo the first game too. It was Geno that lost the game with his yet another red zone interception. Howell was on the field for more points than Geno so.
