HI IZ MEE!!!! So I wrote this actually inspired by Silco from Arcane, which is one of my favorite shows EVER. So this song is about when a tragedy happens, a betrayal, and how a person builds themselves back up. In this case after Vander betrayed Silco, Silco rebuilt himself into the person we saw in season 1. The line below "The Toxic Part of Me" I wrote b/c Silco rebuilt himself with anger, wanting revenge, & an obsession with independence - this created an internal void that was never filled imo. He's a great Villain :)
