A few pointers I'd like to add when installing these louvers... 1. Wipe down all edges of the window with isopropyl alcohol, give a wipe, 5 min. give a second wipe.. 2.before you set the brakets in place use adhesive promoter on all the 3m tapes on the brackets for extra adhesive strength. 3. After brackets have been installed with the adhesive promoter, before installing the louver in place use a silicone sealant around each bracket, and let it dry overnight. This will prevent water ruining the adhesive on the brackets, or over time they'll start falling off, and that way the brackets won't be fragile, or unstick during a high pressure car wash.
Thanks for the added input. Advice like this is immensely helpful and makes a world of difference especially when given without desire for anything in return. Appreciate the tips ;] I'll definitely be using these on my new ride.
@@alexmateos619 Maybe not at first but when that adhesive gives way in the sun, rattling is the least of your troubles when that junk starts flying off going 70 MPH. Some drag strips wont allow them. Besides that they are butt ugly to me.
@@Change_this Doesn’t seem worth the hassle, tbh. Even if you install correctly the install process is still trash, and using adhesive isn’t exactly the smartest thing to do since you NEED to take this thing off when washing your car or wiping clean the rear window.
Did you watch the same video as we all did? The adhesive strips are held on with a single nut at each point. Simply pull off the eight little nuts and the louvers come off. Easy Peezy lemon squeezy!!!

Thanks man🙌🏾❗️
THANKS! I LOVE YOUR VIDEO. IT HELP ALOT. I WANT TO PUT THAT ON MY MUSTANG.
We did install like it stated and after about 2 months it came off on the freeway. the 3m tape brackets and louver all came off.
Yea the install is pretty trash make sure your window is very clean
😂 😂 😂
You can put some clear adhesive around the plates to seal then to make sure they don’t come off.
Are there matching (adhesive/same ABS texture/style) rear quarter louvers? Thanks for the video. Easy peasy.
I didn’t see you use the adhesive wipes, did you apply it directly to the 3M tape onto the back window where the tape is going to be placed?
What about vibration noise or rattling
do you guys think i should tint the window then put them on or just put it on without tint
Do you have a video on the MRT louver
Do they raddled?
if they're installed correctly, they should'nt rattle

You will never clean that back window glass AGAIN 😂 but looks sick nonetheless.
you can unbolt it take it off wash the window and rebolt
What are you talking about I have had mine for 2 years now and I always remove it when I wash my car it's easy it's a no-brainer 🤣☠️
Is this legal in California?
3 months late but yes. You’re still able to see in and out so it’s completely legal
😆
No. Stick on parts are illegal in California
So it’s just a sticker holding it down while I got 100nph+? No thanks
3M automotive bonding tape is no joke when installed correctly. There's a reason so many different products use it. 😉 -Zach
I have rear louvers, and have gone 100+mph, and doesn't even rattle lol if you install it correctly you won't have problems..

Can I go through a car wash with this ?
Touchless car washes will be just fine, but I'd avoid going through a car wash with brushes just to be safe. -Zach
Yeah if you want them blown off 😂
Justin needs tires
How'bout if U don't have that extra helping hand to set the installation? 🙄...then what
Then you need to work on making friends and stop working on your Mustang!!!
