PMQs is painful to watch except when Alex Burghart is standing in for the PM. He's very impressive in taking down Starmer, which should be a fairly easy job to do, but one which Badenoch seems incapable of doing. The question is how soon before the party realise they have made a terrible mistake and plot to get rid of her? Not that easy when they are going to make themselves look extremely foolish in the process. This has been an abject failure every week, it is almost as though they are a week or two behind the drag curve and in fact are only realising they are being reactive (SunTzu - The Art of War).
