Sorry for all you’ve gone through. Hope you’re doing better. Fellow stage 3 Gleason 9 prostate cancer patient 7 months past surgery here in August 2024. 50% nerve sparing. They also did 7 weeks of radiation because they couldn’t reach one of the cancerous lymph nodes. They also put me on first and 2nd generation ADT which wrecked my testosterone and gives me hot flashes and causes loss of muscle mass. Cialis gave me massive headaches too so I stopped them. Depression was a challenge for a short while and seeing a therapist helped.
Hope you’re cancer free in 2024.

Thanks for this update. As we go through life, events occur that we never expected to occur. The results of these events often cause us to substantially change our life direction. I was saddened
to hear this has impacted the work that you loved, but glad to hear you say that you are exploring new passions in music and production. I hope it does not impact your narrow boating enjoyment.
I am in the Midwest USA and follow many narrow boat channels. Maybe working on a developing a boating channel might be a new challenge for you. Beat regards and I will keep you in my thoughts
    and Prayer.

I have watched this video a few times. How are you doing in 2021? I had my surgery in September 2020 and can identify with some of the issues you refer to in your video.

Hi Alan, thanks for your comment. Its been an interesting 18 months since I sat down and made this video... I should, and will do an update video. Until then, the good news is I am still alive and mostly well. My health has stabilised as has my fitness, neither are where they were before I had surgery. I have also struggled with mental health, but more of that for a video in the near future. How are you?
