Break Tag or Inspection Sticker?

Central Louisiana here and we call them inspection stickers, I'm with Sarah never heard brake tag

So up here in the rust belt, it’s an inspection sticker, we also have to have an emissions sticker depending on what county you live in.

When I was living in SE Louisiana, Lacombe, Slidell, Chalmette, it was always a Brake Tag, and it was almost always expired.
