I couldn’t afford Mickey mantle on mlb the show so I just created him made him have 100 power both sides 120 contact both sides with 98 clutch and 83 speed
I was in the same boat shortly before making this video. I honestly dont know much about this game but im glad i could explain it enough for you to get it!
Thanks for the video, I just acquired the game last month; and I'm raising my player's level, I just passed the first spring training, but they didn't raise me to MLB; I started my second season again in triple-A. I hadn't noticed that I can buy things with the currency, of course I don't have many, but I'll see what I can improve with the perks
It depends on the perk you have acquired, that is; If it has a gold one, you can place others made of silver or bronze. This is what I have understood so far while playing.
I know this is older but I just got 23 and when I go to the community market, it says 0 for all the buying prices on equipment. Does this mean I have to just unlock packs for equipment? I have like 70k stubs but I can’t buy anything lol
@@RuthlessDK I’m new to the show, so I didn’t realize getting equipment for your character is online based, and random pack based. Kinda sucks, but I’m guessing the reason why is because the equipment you choose actually affects how good you play, unlike EA sports games, which is what I’m used to lol
@@melissaj9504you must play on a high ass difficulty, it only takes me 2 months in A and 4 in AAA. By the time I’m in the league I’m 75 ovr usually. 3 players since 23 and it’s been pretty much the same and I play like right in the middle of the difficultys
Just went up like 8 overall lmao thanks man

I've never played The Show before and this video is extremely helpful. I was confused but this made things clearer. Thanks!

Yay now my player LaBing-Bong Glingnut IV can be the best player in the mlb
How do you upgrade the perk ratings?
Thx fam fr
How u get more skill sets?
I’ve completed the bronze program but it won’t go to silver it just stays at 100
How do you get higher skill sets?
Complete the rtts program objectives and level up
How do i get from Bronze, to silver, to gold and so on? That’s what I’m not understanding

I’m not sure. Maybe the servers are down since 24 is out?
@@RuthlessDK I assumed that was the case but it’s annoying. I’m playing RTTS and I just want something other than non generic no brand cleats lol

i’ve been in the league for 4 years and i’ve stayed at 72 the whole time i don’t get it
How to get your player to major leagues
Honestly the easiest way is to simulate, you can play each game but it’s going to take a few seasons to make it
@@RuthlessDKI spent 8 season in the minors doing that

just sim until you get to the majors, thats what i did because it took like 5 seasons and theres no way i have time to play all of that 😂
