Ukraine uses ATACMS. Will it change the war?

On Oct. 17, Ukraine successfully hit two Russian airfields in occupied parts of the country with U.S.-provided ATACMS. The long-range ballistic missiles were long desired by Kyiv, with the country's officials saying these missiles would substantially improve Ukraine's war effort.
