hello bro, your bike looks extremely beautiful, I wonder how has it been doing these 2 years that passed or if you sold it and if you did, why did you sold it
Those wont be a direct fit, you will have to make some modifications to it . I wont suggest himalayan forks or any other forks on a dominar, just beacuse dominar is too low for such tall suspentions. I would suggest go for some conventional forks like those of a stock xpulse or fz250. The height of the forks should not be much otherwise itll just make the fronk go up like a chopper , wont work that way.
Looks great loved what you presented👍 I want to do a similar build my main priority is to bring the weight down and it would be a hobby build. Only thing stopping me is garage space and a good 2nd hand bike.
Thanks! Quick question. i have a duke 390 2nd gen, would you recommend i install the GS310 monoshocks? i want to a more confortable ride in the city. Dont want stiff suspensions.
Hello again. I was just about to place the order for the BMWs 310GS suspension but my KTM mechanic isn’t sure if it will fit my 2019 duke 390, it’s second gen. I think yours is first. Will it fit?
@@mohnishism i think they should . But you will definitely need to do some mods for the front axel and callipers . Its not going to be a simple bolt on job. Find someone you mods bikes, a good fabricator. It is doable.
@@themountaingoat0177 Hi! You have said in the video that KTM 390 suspension works well. How about 390 ADV suspension? Should be cheaper than 310 GS. Please guide. Thanks for the video anyway!!
@@akhileshmishra296 Hi. I have ridden both the bikes ( gs and the adventure) , the adventure setup is a bit stiff and you feel the jerks, hence they launched the new fully adjustable ones in the adventure x variant. The gs suspention works better in offroad terrain, but a little too squishy for the highways. So if ur going to be riding more in the dirt go for the gs ones, otherwise if ur just planning to take long highway tours and a bit of offroading then ktm ones work fine as well. Regarding the price, there is not much diffrence in the same. Cheers!!
Not possible. I had them made through a fabricator. To make a video ill have to make another set of foot pegs which will cost me a lot. Any questions regarding the pegs, i would happily clarify.
These were imported from Australia. At the time costed 110 a piece. Now you can go for the ktm adventure ones. Those are also adjustable and comparatively cheap.
@@themountaingoat0177 🤣🤣🤣 I just bought cr 125 without engine for this modification. I am going to use front and rear suspension with rims and swing arm.

I still have the bike and its still doing great. Thanks.
What do you think about the new Himalayan 450's showa forks , would that be a direct fit for Dominar 400? Any ideas or suggestions?

How's the bike for adventure purpose....and how much mileage do u get
Its does the job better than an xpulse. Fuel economy is around 26kmpl, considering the rise in weight and the heavy tyres.
@@themountaingoat0177 mm ok....26 kmpl at a speed of how much

Definitely. Gs 310 forks are amazing. And they will for perfectly on your 390. Go for it.

Front frok are the best mod till date on Duke, does the front fork of gs puts up any fight for the one u have on the bike?
