When you are rendering the animation, would u please if the network connection is established to the DreamStudio service, because it is possible that a network connection is blocking the progress. Its just a thought, I will have to see the screenshot or the logs to give a better suggestion.
For me copy and paste project in a fresh blender window seems to help. Sometimes. The next issue is timeouts- I've only one been able to render 100 frames from an animation, ususally its around 10.
