      If Both Bid & Offer Forward Rates Are Given in Arbitrage Question - Which Rate is to be used for Calculation of Fair Forward Rate. Kindly Guide.

      Hi Deepak,
      It is simple, The importer will always use ASK and
      The exporter will always use BID

    Hi Nikhil, what happens when AFR is greater than FFR ? Please tell strategy

      I think it will b reversal of above case,
      Say (₹/$) AFR > FFR, means $ is overpriced in forward market.
      SELL $ forward, BUY $ spot.
      How will you buy $ spot, by borrowing ₹ .
      Hence the steps would be-
      1. Borrow ₹
      2. BUY $ Spot, using ₹
      3. Invest in $
      4. SELL $ forward
