Absolutely mind-blowing. This chef is incredible. Speed and care whow he makes dishes and dedication to his heritage is needs to be widely recognised. I have got huge respect towards this family just from watching how hard they work. Thank you and blessings to mother and son, and everyone who helps this wonderful people. I very much hope and will make as my "to do" activity when visiting Japan to attend this restaurant and pay respect to everyone there. It would be privilege to do so. Wow watching this chef work I am in awe. He just doesn’t stop and he makes the impossible look almost effortless. I find it crazy how many restaurants like this exist in Japan where the talents are largely unnoticed.
I was mesmerized with this video on how fluid the work flow is. I didnt realize this was a 51 minute video. I was just glued watching it. Kudos to the chef.. and the food looks incredible and looks so delicious!!! I hope i can try this when i go back to japan

I got so much love for chefs and all the cooks out there. Look at the haunches on their backs, a lot of them gets it from the years of working hard to fill our bellies with delicious food!
I watched this video to see the chef's hard work and dedication. He and staff prepare everything in the morning, cook each dish by himself, and serve more than 100 dishes to customers. Every dish is made to perfection. Chicken Tempura Udon BK is a dish I enjoy very much, there used to be a Japanese udon restaurant chain in my country but no more now. I think this dish looks much better, I must visit the restaurant when I am in Kyoto. I absorb the chef's dedication and attention to details to remind myself to work harder.
What an amazing team! I find a lot of us can learn from Japanese work ethic -- dedicated, great teamwork, very respectful to each other, and less complaining/gossiping.
Having lived and worked in Japan, I always frequented the small mom and pop restaurants. The whole scene is synchronized from welcoming patrons entering to thanking them when they leave.
A true Master Chef , prep , make noodles 🍜, cook entirely by himself during rush hours , ....what happens when he catches a cold ?....amazing skills ! 👍👍👍 This is like watching a pool player who NEVER misses a shot !!.....rack after rack !

店主の継承した.技もすごい。そしてお母さんの店を綺麗にする心も凄い！この二つが無いと飲食店はダメになる
値段を上げることも重要だよ。
1杯1500円、大盛り3000円が妥当
学生のお腹と心も満たす。
お店の中に温かな声が響く。かつ丼はボリューム、味ともに手抜きなし。素材の味がしっかり味わえました。観光客としても、是非訪れたい街の名店です。
