Piped Towards Menin Gate Ceremony by the London Scottish Regimental Pipe Band in Ypres

Following the London Scottish Regimental Pipe Band as they march down the Menin Road towards the Menin Gate in Ypres. As a Scot, this was particularly moving to be following the pipes down the road which my ancestors walked off to war, never to return.

Very proud to see the London Scottish in Hodden Grey , at Ypres. They were called Saturday Soldiers in the Great War but their fighting at
Messines Ridge put an end to that comment. I was once a member of the London Scottish Golf Club which dates from 1865. Very proud of the club and regiment...
