Just for kicks, next time you run the screecher, sheet the mainsail in as tight as you can get it. That way the screecher is free to run and doesn't have to "drag" the mainsail through the air. Note the F18 sailors and how they set their sails when running their spinnakers - sheet the main in tight and let the spinnaker eat. Nice looking boat by the way.
