You seem like wonderful boat owners and we’re really happy you found the FB marketplace add I posted on Cherokee now Mindelo. Congratulations, Mindelo is a great boat! It looks like you're the blessed new owners of Cherokee... she is a great boat at an incredibly fair price... I had a cross 31 and a 50... they are great designs and wonderful in most every way.. I have a 50 ft cat now and still have some of my best and favorite memories on my tris... all the best wishes on your new journey.... :-)
No I never sailed on her , im on the east coast and bahamas, but I followed her videos and story... The cross designs are amazingly well adapted to carry a lot of weight and sail well at the same time. Yours is probably the best kept cross out there today...
beut upgrade.... I still have my tiki 26 but reakon the tri upgrade is the way to go... such a nice looking boat. looking forward to following your sailing adventures... heading to nz? turn to starboard :)

Say hello to Mark...Wilding Sailing he has just bought a floating but unfinished Wharram Pahi 42. In the Netherlands.. He nearly bought a Tiki in central America.. but the Pahi is more practical for getting back to the UK 🇬🇧🧙♂️ and his familly.

You have a lovely vessel there and the size with trimerans compared to cats needs to be a bit more as the interior space isnt so easy to use.
