Its not gonna bled onto the blonde so she really did this for placement technique. Water stop the activations of color process,so she didn't need to spend time showing that part.

For the record I used the box that she didn’t use and it didn’t work so just a heads up don’t waste your money.

This video could’ve been explained way better. I barely got to see what product you used to get the dark color of the roots. I don’t know if you’re toning it or dying it. The hair came out great but it would be great if you went into detail about the product and the way you do the hair.
She’s dying it. She just mixed the colour and the developer together and started dying the hair about an inch length and then brushing out the dye so there isn’t a straight line so it blends like a gradient. Looks more natural.
I watched literally a minute and 18 seconds of the video and knew that she was coloring the roots and what products she was using to do so. Maybe it wasn't her, but the fact that you don't really know certain hair terms🤷🏾♀️ she did well

How do you wash it out without the dark bleeding into the blonde? I've seen videos on how to darken roots/ balayage etc but none have shown the rinsing process. For an amateur like me, all that work goes left real quick if the wrong technique is used and we end up with something that looks like a melted banana split and not this work of art!
combing the hair with the dye in it doesn't make the it bleed through the rest of the hair??
I’m in agreement with the majority of these comments. Would have been nice to see her doing more with the products and the wig being washed and styled would have been even better. A for effort but I was disappointed.

Question, can this be done to a synthetic wig? I got one from amazon that takes heat (so i think its mixed fiber really) but i do want to darken the roots whenever it gets here.
