Hello. Are you able to automatic turn on and off on a smart switch after installing? It wont turn on and the controller isnt working i did an exchange thinking it was damage but the exchange one wasnt working either so not sure if its because of the dmart switch or the remote.
you have a red wire why are you not saying anything about that wire?

Could just be the wiring if this is second unit and not working. Just installed mines tonight. Shoulders are burning.
