Apparently despite the fact they where " A Rockers Band" , They where popular with early Mods with later releases , Like this , and You could imagine Roger Eagle Playing this at the Wheel IMO 200Kid
@@HGWALLSTHE Hi Mate , I don't Know that 45 Myself ...I'm Gonna look it up now... I am 60 so never went to the Wheel , Studied several books on the Subject ...some with a logical story others not , but Hey , I was only there in Spirit not fact , so I can't quantify , but I am Obsessed with the place and what it did to create the movement we know of today. Roger Eagle was more " Rock & RnB" In taste, so Big Bopper & Screaming Jay where aired a lot , went off to the Blue Note in 66? To play his stuff there instead., he got fed - up being asked for Super - Fast records , Preferring more substance . Aw thank you! Age and fast stuff are totally interconnected for sure. 15 or so years ago I was way more into fast stuff, and if I guest dj’ed somewhere it went down quite well. Fast forward to now-ish, Gems “I’ll be there” and sapphires “slow fizz” will straight-up clear the dance floor of people around this general area. I still love some fast stuff for sure, but mid tempo is my favorite.
@cooldaddy2877 sorry, I misunderstood if someone was correcting someone else spelling and deleted a couple comments. It was my mistake apologies. Anybody can spell however they like on this channel. No worries about typos.
