I just went for a fat pad debridement surgery for 1 knee. My knee feels much better though it’s only 4 week. Before the surgery my knee freaking hurts when squat slightly. Totally worth it.
Thank you so, so much!!! I have been having this painful, swollen fat pad for over 3 weeks now on my outer knee. Everything u said was spot on! I will be icing it now! The pain has been so bad and shooting all the way upto my hips and down to my bad ankle, the cause of all this issue
