You don't need mods to break the game. Just play and it will break itself.
Speed runners approve.
Realy? It never broke on me
@@ironlion2476 my first play through the civil war quest line broke mid way and couldn't continue for some reason, and the blood on ice quest wouldn't trigger, and some where on the main quest line (I forget where) just wouldn't trigger either.
Or just buy another one, no need to play ^^
COOKIE WOKE truth
The last time I was this early I was finally awake, trying to cross the border. Walked right into that imperial ambush, same as us, and that horse thief over there.
Last time I was an hour late, was when the sons of skyrim spilled their blood,it would dawn fire
The last time I was his late I was an adventurer like you, until I took an arrow to the knee.

You have committed crime against Skyrim and her people..what say you in your defence
Assaulting a person: 40g crime. Breaking a chair: 50g crime. Naturally, I want a mod that lets me break a chair on a person and immersively counts as a 90g crime.
Haha that would be great. Tavern brawls xD. Hell, I would like to be able to break a leg off a chair and whack someone in the head getting a crit strike. Imagine a DB quest where you can't bring in any weapons or use magic, but gotta be resourceful? I present you, the chair leg. ;0

I, Nazeem, do not need mods. The only mods I need are mods that enhance the power of the cloud district. Or make me, Nazeem, the god of the cloud district, even stronger to annoy you every second. And even worse:
Respawn.
Do you get to the cloud district very often? Oh, what am I saying.. Of course you don’t.
Laurens Kaas because I’m a god.
Wait what i am pretty sure i killed you how are you here ?

man its better than shopping
Mutated Lightning I feel your pain I have crashed my Game if Skyrim, fallout nv, and fallout 4 or had HORRENDOUS bugs
I'm on a never ending cycle. I start a new character with a set of mods for a playstyle, get to around level 30, find another playstyle I want to try, get more mods, play to level 30, and so on and so on. I might have a slight problem
What would really be unimmersive is if the dragonborn would get to the cloud district often
I wouldn't talk like Naseem he winds up dead in alot of campaigns man. I personally just ignore him but alot of these guys are psychopaths that are with the dark brotherhood
very often*
the funny thing is, most dragonborns DO get to the cloud district often. The cloud district is Dragonsreach

Why wouldn't the armors change between games? It's hundreds of years between them, that's like your US troops today wearing civil war uniforms.
Plus, it's a different dynasty altogether ruling the Empire
technology in Tamriel clearly doesnt progress as quickly as in our world, so there are not logistical reasons why the armor would change like our uniforms do. Since the Empire is also one steeped in tradition, wearing the same armor for centuries would make more sense than changing the style constantly.
Yes but there is a massive difference between armour from Morrowind and from Oblivion. And Oblivion began only a few years after Morrowind
@@metetural9140 yes but theyre also different regions, just like no one says anything about Nordic Iron Armor not looking like Cyrodilic Iron Armor, but the Imperial Legion armor shouldnt have region differences, especially since the Legion in Skyrim are from Cyrodil.
@@baval5 but why have suddenly after a few hundred years have the Cyrodillic empire turned from knights in massive suits of steel into Romans? Who wore skirts and don't have much covering their arms in Skyrim? What is probably the coldest province on Tamriel. Its probably just Bethesda but still, it doesn't make sense
You know, if iHarvest can snatch up crimson nirnroot, it would be worth downloading just for that quest alone. You could just walk all over Blackreach, casting the spell and hoovering up the stupid plants
Oh , I am totally downloading that especially if it can pick up crimson nirnroot.

There's actually a small immersive alchemy mod I use called "learn recipes from books"... The title is the description I guess. Realistically if you read a book that talks about x ingredient having y effect, you should now have the knowledge reflecting that.
That one actually makes a lot of sense. good to know.

If they didn't replace the armor, player will be moaning about all game have the same thing, like copy and paste and rename for new game..
meh..
They could get around that with adding more unique variants.
I'd have no issue with the basic armor being identical, but put the effort instead into giving named characters more individual personalised variants.
MeowMiau343 The design for the imperial armor in Skyrim really didn’t make sense chronologically though.
A bit of a mini rant on my part here.
While I appreciate mods that bring back stuff from older games as much as anybody. I do kinda find it annoying that people get upset over changes when a new game comes out. I can remember when Skyrim first came out how many videos there were complaining how the lore of what Skyrim was like was all mess up by Bethesda. Granted the Elder Scrolls games have never been much in the way of technical advancement given there are literally a 100 years or more between games. Still it's a good thing to remember that there are a 100 years or more between games and a lot can change in that time period. So the fact that a region isn't as snowy as you expected or people aren't wearing the same clothing as in the last games seems rather dumb.
It's kind of like if we could bring someone from the past back to life in the real world and having them be pissed off that everything is different and agreeing with this person and also angrily join in their rage over how stuff isn't the same as when they were alive.
There's a mod there on the Nexus that makes dragons you fight talk and taunt during battle with 'em; just like them named dragons do. You guys should definitely check it out.
That makes a lot more sense but this is unimmersive mods, that's more immersive
@@laurene988 Aye. My intention was to spread the word about it.
@@OcludoXV it does sound really cool
@@laurene988 but legacy and destructible Skyrim are immersive for the most part??? So it would not be strange??
I sort of get why the Imperial Legion changed its look. Skyrim is supposed to be an apocalyptic game in an apocalyptic setting. The Great War, the heavy price of the Obliion Crisis and the loss of the Septim dynasty, the White-Gold Concordat, and splintering of the Empire, the Red Year and the destruction of most peoples and financial interests in Morrowind and particularly Vvardenfell, the insurrections in Skyrim .... and now, the complete trade collapse of Skyrim and the Stormcloak Rebellion.
Basically the only established large scale trading presence in Skyrim is three entrepreneurial Khajiit caravans, and a rather sad looking East Empire Trading Company.
Skyrim's atmosphere of gloom and heavy blizzards is synonymous with the setting's dark age ...
Maybe Bethesda wanted to hammer that home by showing how the Imperial Legion has been reduced to a shadow of its former state.
By hammering home the Late Western Roman Empire look, I imagine Bethesda was trying to also hammer home the *fate* of the late-Western Roman Empire.
I think it’s too complicate for them to think something like you say, which by the way way still doesn’t justify going back in technology, The Empire is still a lot powerful to produce garbage equipment. I simply think it was bad armor design by Bethesda developers, and also very ignorant of weapons’ history.

Nate will you ever release the mods you have for your typical playthroughs? I want my game to look this good
He made a video on that a couple months ago, listed most of the mods he uses (graphics wise). The most important ones to making your game look like his are Natural Atmospheric Tamriel (weather) and Natural View Tamriel (enb). You can look for the video to find the rest (should be in the immersive mods playlist on the channel).
@@Michealxlr he clearly has 100 more small visual mods, that guide won't get your game to look like it does in this video
Quiry mi will get you close tho
The Imperial armor mod is cool, but the change in style between Oblivion and Skyrim makes perfect sense from a timeline perspective, as it had been two hundred years. (It made far less sense between Morrowind and Oblivion, which were less than a decade apart.)
The one thing I don't understand is that in Morrowind and Oblivion they looked like knights when in Skyrim they suddenly look like Roman's? (Yes I know about Morrowind's when they even had a scutum and other Roman-eske things but I'm biased and I don't give a shite!)
Finally, I loved Oblivion imperial armor but skyrims mod graphics.
You ever plan on changing your style of content? Or you just gonna keep on riding the near decade old skyrim bandwagon until TES VI?

In response to iHarvest, there's a better one called Auto Harvest 2 which also does containers, bodies, ore veins, and any miscellaneous loot as long as you have them set. in Skyrim you had a more accurate Imperial Legion armor... it was similar to Morrowind...
Skyrim Imperial Armor could be similar to Morrowind but it was highly impractical for the cold weather. The armor itself is very poor in design compared to the Morrowind one. In my opinion the Oblivion Legion should be standard model of the army because it’s the best and the most historically accurate too.
@@gothic3theageofwar565 Oblivion model and the entire theme was based on Lord of the Ring trilogy... Skyrim returned to its roots

That oblivion armor doesn't look like metal. Looks more like leather. The modeling is good but that's it.

"Destructible Skyrim" is the first mod I've seen which actually makes me wish I'd chosen anything other than a PS4 to play this game. That is a truly awesome mod.
I think "Interesting Mods" would work as a title.
yeah armor changes over time bro, theres drastic differences in time between each of the games. If there wasn't changes to armor it would be weird
The Harvester Spell thing and Legacy of the Dragonborn mods sound great the rest are meh.
The imperial armor changing throughout the games makes sense. Each game takes place hundreds of years apart and in various regions. Most real world kingdoms and empires had various armors throughout their history. The best example I can think of is the various dynasties of Korea since they changed their armor throughout their various dynasties, from Mongolian esq. armor to scale armor. England is another good example since they went from leather paddings to chainmail and steel plating.
Sparkle Pawz But the imperials devolved.
Legacy V5 Sounds and looks, so freaking cool.
The Miracle of Flight mod reminds me of my mage's mounts in WoW. I have the magic carpet as well as the fire, ice, and arcane discs. Makes me wanna go play WoW again :D
