Awesome catches. Saw you having some trouble with the rib bones on the filet table. I bought a Dexter Dextreme dual edge filet knife just for that. Use the serrated edge for the rib cage, and it doesn't dull your main blade for the rest of the job. Enjoyed the video, and it made me want to try some nighttime snapper fishing.
