These alleged pros think they can play anything and either get lucky and make the best hand, or make some "sick play." Sometimes that works, but simply being tight with your hand selection works better. His continuation bet on the flop is reasonable. After that he completely screws up by not betting the turn. He's in position, and Wesley by checking is pretty much admitting he doesn't have an ace. Raising the river reeks of a weak bluff, which Wesley correctly sniffed out.
