Headspace truly saved my life. As a individual who struggles with depression, anxiety, and racing thoughts, this service helped me with accepting what I can't control and live in the moment. Yes there's days where mindfulness can be a challenge but its a righteous path to a wonderful experience on the level of spirituality.

This was so helpful to me! Thank you for clarifying this! Now I see that I was actually thinking about it in a total different way and I love that new approach to me

I'd like more information on how emotions can feel in the body. I have complex trauma and as a result I dissociate from my body a lot of the time. It's hard for me to feel emotions in my body or have awareness of how my body is feeling.

For me feeling is in my body...my heart even. Thinking is in my head

Been working with my counsellor about feelings vs thoughts. I find feelings very difficult to identify and feel. I tend to "think" and rationalize and logicalize it.

feelings are valid. but feelings aren't reality. they are responses to events but they aren't the events themselves.

Thank you for your helpful information. Many people can't really tell which are emotions and which are feelings. I struggled to understand those things some years ago but now I've understood.

Emotions can be faked. Feelings cannot be faked.

Could we note it as „distraction” instead of trying to categorize it as thinking or feeling?

hey, I'm sorry you had a bad day today or if there's something going on, but don't ruin things for the rest of us, ok? Personally I find this helpful and I'm sure other people do too
