I believe I made my tiramisu following this video bunch of years ago.What I can remember, that it was the best tiramisu I've ever tasted! So simple, so gooood!

Previously I made tiramisu several times, and it was always a little too runny (except the first time, when it was really runny), so last night I looked at a few of tiramisu videos to see where I was going wrong. I saw that this one was using the same ingredients (no cooking cream or anything like that, just eggs, sugar and mascarpone), so I looked at how the cream was done and I concluded that I was beating the egg (both the yolk + mascarpone and the whites) too much. That's the only thing I changed, I used the same ingredients and measures as before, but today, for the first time, my tiramisu is nice and firm.
Sono molto sorpresa di questo tiramisu! aspettavo il caffè, savoiardi... ma questa versione sembra molto fresca e buona per questa estate. come sempre bravissimo Genaro!!!

They are sold as limes in many places, just like ripe limes (Which are yellow) are sold as lemons. So just use what you have close by.
