The conversation is really good but feel sorry to say this, why do you need to acquire some alien accent when you can speak so well in an Indian or neutral accent that too while speaking to learners from India? Humble request to you, the host to follow a neutral accent to make the audience more comfortable listening to you. The reason am saying that the learners will also try to emulate you in acquiring that accent which they may not feel comfortable with. In the process, they may lose out on the fluency part resulting to dent their confidence to learn. I am putting this point through experience with my students in the learning curve. In the meantime, nothing here to degrade the quality of the effort you put in, to give your audience the much needed value proposition. Sorry if I hurt you here
