I really like this stile of video. Just walking around and doing caves and exploring is more interesting to watch than a lot of quests imo. Also, don’t worry that much about xp at the moment. As long as you have stuff to do, it doesn’t matter that much what exact level you are.
Just doing the quests at level will give you enough xp to level up, so specifically grinding for xp on your first class is not necessary. And yeah, cutting out travelling is a good idea.

Gotcha, I was using the advantage of the double XP weekend to get me slightly over leveled so the quests are a tad easier
If you want to leveling by griding in thw wyntills map there are marked spots for that its the exp orb mark
