@@kattastic9999 jesus. i hope you're okay. i went through the same thing when i was around 11 or 12 so it was already pretty difficult for me, but 5? that's an incredibly young age to be getting thoughts like that and i'd imagine it would be even scarier. nonetheless, i hope you're taking care of yourself. mental health is difficult sometimes.
I wish less people would claim to have depression when they are just self-diagnosed because it kind of invalidates actual clinical depression in my opinion. However, among Zoomers, it seems to be "hip and cool" now to collect mental issues like Pokémon cards.
I think it's more that we're all miserable deep down and want an explanation. Idk if everyone's miserable and other generations just handle it better or if it's just me and I'm assuming everyone else is in turmoil too ha
and i personally think that it would be very nice for people like you to stop assuming that people who MIGHT have such a problem doesnt and and just completly disregard that fact without any proof of the contrary but still have the audacity to say its a lie
