@@sethkappaccilli9509 when you dont need a full crew kill or ammo detonation, just getting a shell that can disable a tank and cause a mobility kill or cause the crew to abandon is still useful. Cheap gun to knock out larger vehicles. So it does make logical sense for smaller countries.

I don't think a plane can tank a 75mm+ size hole in its wing let alone the force of the plane getting hit by it.

Light tanks are good at less modern BRs though, with their high mobility, so skilling the entire tree seems weird.
